This was intriguing! :-) I think often about a computer, the traditional boxxy, old legacy PC. It has a motherboard, and on it there are chips (RAM, CPU) and between these components there is the (electrical) bus. The bus transports data between RAM and CPU. RESTful takes this to the cloud world of 2020s - it is a command specification adaptation to move the bits and bytes between clients and servers, and servers<->servers. In the future, more also between clients in decentralized net. What used to be electronics, is nowadays more often -> code. We are rewriting the internals of the processing, by exposing the parts and opening them to scrutiny.
